It is possible for Mozilla to recover from this misinformation, but a significant delay is introduced.  Now, type network.dns.disableIPv6 in the filter search bar and set this option to true by double clicking on it and change the value field to true.

This option sets the minimum amount of time to wait between reflows of Mozilla Firefox. To change this settings, do the following steps:
  1. Right-click (for Apple users use ctrl-click) anywhere in the about:config window
  2. Select New and you will see a pop up menu will be appeared.
  3. Finally select Integer from the pop-up menu and a new window will be appeared.
  4. Now type content.notify.interval in the New integer value pop-up window and click OK button.
  5. Finally, you will be prompted to enter a value. Enter 750000 and click OK button.

Step 5: Speedy Firefox and Modifying Notify Backoffcount

This option / feature are used to control the maximum number of times the content will do timer-based reflows. It's sometimes very much helpful some time but not always necessary all the times. After this number has been reached, the page will only reflow once it is finished downloading. To change this settings, do the following steps:
  1. Right-click (for Apple users use ctrl-click) anywhere in the about:config window
  2. Select New and you will see a pop up menu will be appeared.
  3. Finally select Integer from the pop-up menu and a new window will be appeared.
  4. Now, type content.notify.backoffcount in the New integer value pop-up window and click OK button.
  5. Finally it will be prompted to enter a value and Enter 5 and click OK button.
